I see but most of these would only apply to road accidents right? What is there are only minor conflicts that caused the person to delay in a certain meeting and loss an income opportunity for it?

I'm not sure but if the reason is proven to be a big impact to the outcome then it will be a good claim. Sometimes it will depend on the reasoning and how good is the solicitor.

yes road traffic claims would lead to personal injury claim. it will all start with proving that a certain person is responsible for the injury and if there are witnesses then it will be very helpful too.

I think there are police officers at the road that can attend to your injury or road accidents. I know there is a certain procedure to follow for a faster processing.

Traffic problems varies a lot and I think it is taken into account no matter how hard it is. Conflicts among travelers are also common so traffic officers should also be available as peacemakers.

Yes. Sometimes it does. When traffic occurs, a lot of accidents may arise. Such as, hit and run since almost all people are in a hurry. Assault too may happen. Because there are people who happens to be hot tempered and can't control their anger. That' why they tend to hurt sometime. And this should be a ground for a claim.

Traffic claims are more referred to as road claims if I am not mistaken. These are the very common compensation claim that I have heard of. There are hundreds of thousands people in the road everyday so it is to be expected.
