There are also compensations that can go on forever while you're alive right? If its other people's fault then they have to pay.
Is it really fair to do this? Specially those compensation that can go on forever. Whenever I put my place as the one who'll pay, it sounds cruel to me.

I think a certain compensation needs an expiration because it must have a limitation, I don't think compensations are made and can be claim any time, this will cost the person and too cruel too.

I am not really familiar with this, but if there is one , then I think claiming compensation for the rest of your life must be worth it. I mean when its the fault of the employer, and that the employee cant work because of the negligence or whatever reason , then I think it is just fair and right to be compensated this way.
