Brain Injury Claim 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
After a nasty fall from a construction job, my friend sustained head injuries that have affected his speech. Where and how do we file a brain injury claim?

I think you should find a good and experience lawyer who have had successfully defended or won a certain case involving similar or related situation to your friend.

I think your friend deserve to be compensated. Looking at the scenario, he got his accident due to a work related activity. Your friend should fight for his right and follow due process.

Look for a lawyer for you to start your claims. From there your lawyer will do the papers and instructs you as you proceed with the processes that you going to undergo. Choose your lawyer wisely.

In that case you would have to file your claim through a lawyer. Then they're the ones who will go to the company of your friend who sustained the injury and tell them he or she should be compensated.

Why don't you fill in the claim form on the right hand side of this page to get the ball rolling. I think you have an excellent case to make a cliam, but the sooner you start the process the better.

Sounds right. Fill in the form to start the process, by your statement, it shows that it is a work related injury and he can be compensated. The earlier you file the claim the better because the pieces of proof will be easier to obtain.

Try asking the Human Resource department of the company you're with and I am sure they will help you file one.
