Is it still possible to claim a compensation if the child have done the assault to an adult? Is there any claims on this or it will just be negotiated. Please share your tips or information for this?

I think, in that case, the parents are the one who will compensate the victim and the child will be subjected to some kind of social training by a concerned government agency.

In cases like this needs to be negotiated with the lawyers of both parties. Since it involves a minor, there should be a representative from the social services. And the decision will depend on the laws stated on the countries constitution.

This is issue should be given a proper action. I guess parent should discipline their child properly. They should not allow theirselves to spoil their own children. Because their children may manipulate them.

Yes, you can file a claim for this. The parents or guardian is also included in the claim. I think there is a special tribunal for under age offenders.

Who knows, maybe the reason why the child hit the adult is because the adult did something to provoke the child from hitting him/her.

If it is not possible to make a claim againt an underage offender then it damn well should be.

I hate the fact that there are kids out there intimidating and assaulting adults like they do. I actually think it would be the parents who would be in the line of fire, but I think something should be done to the children too to perhaps deter them from doing things like this in the first place.
