Can we receive compensation because of the cost of medical treatment? We did pay it but I really think its so high.

It really depends on a lot of things, like what kind of medical treatment it was, did you use your medical insurance, where was the treatment done and who did it, etc.

Yes we can. Health care is a necessity and everyone deserves and has the right to it. Costs of treatment had risen up the past years and so should the compensation that people receive. How can humanity live a healthy life if compensation is deprived from them, the government as well as the institutions that provide people employment must hold themselves responsible for that.

I know that in some cases you can attempt to nagotiate a better price before the service is provided. I know it seems odd but I know people who have done it.

Well we got the treatment from the hospital and the treatment was knee was actually knee surgery. When we got the bills its so high even when you add the accommodation fees to the hospital.

Thank you, that was really comforting. Have you also been compensated for high costs in a treatment before? I just really don't know what to do.

The price is the price. It was a private hospital and so we really can't argue so much with them for the cost of treatment.

I never heard of this kind of compensation before. Making hospitals or someone pay for a high payment, sounds ridiculous to me. If ever the payment seems to be high and unfair then shouldn't we argue about it instead of waiting for it to come to a point where we've paid for it already? Just a thought.

I think yes. There are some countries who really prioritized regarding medical condition of there people. And I think this one is a right of every human being. There should be an alternative if a person can't support his own health. And the government should pay attention on this.

This goes actually for those people who are given the amount of medical fees after the operation. Some hospitals would even add additional payments and say they needed to use extra medicines or something.
